For orders where all products are in stock, we normally have a processing time of 48 hours before being shipped with a freight forwarder from our warehouse.

We are closely following developments in the Corona virus (COVID-19).

The well-being and safety of our customers and employees is always our top priority and we strictly follow the prevailing guidelines and safety measures set by the respective authorities.

We will keep you updated and inform you of any changes regarding this.

 

Your Step by Step delivery

1) Order Confirmation
After completing an order you will shortly receive an order confirmation with information about your purchase.

2) Updated delivery information
Should your delivery be delayed, you will be notified via E-mail as soon as we have received a new expected delivery date from our supplier. The same applies if any of your products should end with a supplier.

3) Delivery message
When your order is sent from our warehouse you will then receive a delivery message via E-mail. In the delivery note there is a tracking link so you can follow your order all the way home to you or to a representative. Note that tracking is only activated and available after 17.00 when the parcel leaves our warehouse.

4) SMS notification
Finally you will be notified via SMS when your package (s) is available for collection or when you can expect home delivery. Your packages may arrive at the pick-up point on different occasions, but you should always be able to track your shipments via the freight forwarders' website.

 

Do you offer shipment tracking?

Yes, we provide tracking codes for all shipments. A separate email or/and SMS with a tracking code will be automatically sent from our logistics team after the order is dispatched. Please note that the tracking code can only be tracked after the order is picked up by the courier and leaves the warehouse.

 

Do you accept returns and refunds?

Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns during the coronavirus outbreak. However, if there is product damage, please send us a photo of your damaged product and your order no to our email at info@maskzofsweden.com. We may refund if we identify the issue as a factory fault. 

If you are based in Sweden, we accept returns within 30 days to return your item, counting from the date when you received your order.  We will refund with the amount stated in your order once we inspect that the product is in the condition as we had delivered (unused, unopened and undamaged). However, the customer is solely responsible for the shipping fee and arrangement. 

The products must be in original condition and packaged in their original packaging to be returned to us. Note that the product packaging should not be used as outside packaging, as the product may be damaged during transport and you may receive a damage deduction. The product must be in unchanged condition. 

We reserve the right to make a damage deduction if the products' condition has changed to such an extent that it cannot be sold to another customer without a discount. The deduction is made on the total return amount before it is refunded to you.

From the time your return arrives to our warehouse, we have a processing time of up to 20 days to inspect your items and approve your return. We will refund the money to you after our warehouse staff has inspected your items and approved the return. Allow for a payment processing time of 5-7 bank days before the money shows up in your account. A confirmation is sent by e-mail and the refund is always made through the same payment method which you used to make the original purchase.

 

The products are sold out. When will restocking take place?

We restock depending on our suppliers' production/ inventories. We stock only a limited amount of products each time. You can email us at info@maskzofsweden.com if you are in favour of certain products. 

For products that we are on track of restocking, a 'Pre-order' button will appear in a certain product description page. We allocate purchase process in queue according to 'first-to-register' basis. Once the product stock becomes available, you will be notified through email and purchase/payment can be made then.
